The Website is an online informational and administrative resource that provides general information about behavioral health conditions, treatment services, providers, recovery resources, and related topics. The Website may also allow users to request appointments, submit forms, make payments, access educational materials, or utilize administrative tools.
While WC strives to provide accurate and current information, WC makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, timeliness, or usefulness of any information or functionality available through the Website. Your use of the Website does not create a provider-client, therapist-client, counselor-client, physician-patient, social worker-client, or any other professional relationship between you and WC or any WC-affiliated professional.
Submitting forms, requesting appointments, making payments, communicating through the Website, downloading resources, or receiving information from the Website does not establish a therapeutic, clinical, professional, or fiduciary relationship.
Services are provided only after completion of all required intake procedures, informed consent documents, and acceptance by an authorized WC provider.
COMMUNICATIONS DISCLAIMER
Communications submitted through Website contact forms, email links, appointment requests, payment portals, or other Website features may not be encrypted or secure. Users should avoid submitting highly sensitive, confidential, clinical, or emergency information through the Website unless specifically directed to do so through a secure platform.

WC is not responsible for any losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your failure to protect your Account information.

Unauthorized use automatically terminates this license.

WC respects your privacy and complies with applicable federal and state privacy laws, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), when applicable.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

IN NO EVENT SHALL WC’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY ASSERTED.
YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE WEBSITE.

GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action arising from or relating to the Website or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
Any claim arising from use of the Website must be filed within one (1) year after the claim accrues or such claim shall be permanently barred.
SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and WC regarding your use of the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding the Website.
RESERVATION OF RIGHTS
WC reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.
